SHIPPING
Free shipping applies within Canada on orders over $200.00 (pre-tax). Shipping Charges under $200.00 are charged flat rates as follows:
Under $50.00 - $14.95
$50.01-$100.00 - $13.95
$100.01-$199.99 - $11.95
Parcels are shipped via the Canada Post Expedited Parcel service and are fully insured in case of damage during transit. Shipment time is generally 3-7 business days. Please note, remote locations such as Nunavut, NWT & Yukon will be subject to additional shipping charges.
U.S.A & international orders are sent via Canada Post. Delivery times will vary depending on the order and location being sent. Orders outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These extra charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If an item is damaged during shipment please report this at the time of receipt of your parcel to Green Health.
PAYMENT
All product pricing is in Canadian funds.
All Canadian residents are subject to GST (5%), If your province has harmonized sales tax you will be charged your provincial HST amount.
Taxes are not charged for U.S.A and international orders.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, direct bank debit via paypal and bank transfer (EFT). You can also pay by certified cheque or money order. These must be negotiable in Canada.
Orders can be completed by internet, fax, telephone or mail.
RETURN POLICY
We only accept returns on new & unused merchandise in it's original packaging within 30 days of the original invoice date. The only exception to this rule is on the Litebook which has a 60-day money back guarantee. This product can be returned if not satisfied after being used.
Please contact us to get a RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any product. No refund will be given for products that have no RAN.
All shipping costs on returned goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any additional credit card processing/handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
If the product or product box has been damaged or altered in any way (and this has been deemed to not have occurred during shipping), we reserve the right to refuse to accept this as a valid return. Please remember all returns must have a valid RAN. All unauthorized returned packages will be refused.
Refusing shipment on an order is not an acceptable way to cancel an order. If a shipment is refused or is not picked up from the postal outlet when a call-tag is left, additional shipping charges and/or restocking/processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
All product warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer, unless otherwise specified. If items are in need of repair or are damaged please contact the manufacturer immediately.
