RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided that the item is still in fully re-salable (as new) condition and is accompanied by the original sales receipt and product tags.
All merchandise items, except school bags or backpacks, are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise will gladly be replaced or refunded if the original sales receipt is presented. Returns of school bags or backpacks are subject to the manufacturers’ specific warranties accompanying each item.
AVAILABILITY
Every effort will be made to complete orders with available merchandise. Unresolved requests will be dismissed after 30 days unless an alternate arrangement has been agreed upon by both the customer and the Campus Store.
